Dominique is the name and face behind ALL DOM LOVES with a personal passion for all things luxury. Dom turned her passion into a successful business sourcing, selecting and ensuring quality control of all items bought and sold through the store.
ALL DOM LOVES has a showroom located in Cape Town where one is able to view the items of their choice in person. Viewings are by appointment only.

Orders, Shipping & Consignment
Yes! ADL ships worldwide through our international courier partner which is either Fedex or DHL express. A tracking number will be provided on all orders. This will need to be quoted accordingly. Please get in contact for a shipping quote. Please note that some international deliveries may incur customs charges which are outside of ALL DOM LOVES control. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and payable solely by them.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times vary between 1 - 3 business days in South Africa, depending on where you are located. All local orders are processed with our courier partner (The Courier Guy) and a tracking number and link is shared. For international deliveries, DHL Express is used and delivery times vary, depending on your location.
The utmost care goes into selecting the items sold on through ADL. We assess all potential sale items for quality and authenticity before adding them to the site.
Items are priced in accordance with their condition and meticulous care is taken to check each item before it is shipped to the buyer. All our items go through a rigorous authentication process which includes examination but in house authenticators as well as a professional third party authentication service known as Entrupy.

We are offered many items everyday and only take on a handful of what is offered to us.
ADL only takes on items that are in good condition. As such, we do not accept items that are: vintage, in poor condition, high street brands (Michael Kors, Mulberry, Karl Lagerfeld.etc), mid range brands and overpriced consignment. Our goal is to achieve sales, not sit with stock, so if you are asking too much for an item, ADL will advise you on this, and politely decline.
Please note that as shoes and sunglasses are slow moving items, we are very specific about which we take on. With regards to shoes, we will currently only take them in if they are close to new and the full set - dust, box, tags.etc. Please clean all items before having them delivered.
As ALL DOM LOVES is a consignment store, all sales are final. Like other luxury resale platforms, the items we sell belong to private consignors and not to us. Due to this, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
You are welcome to arrange an appointment to view an item in person should you be unsure. Alternatively you can request further images, videos and information via instagram, WhatsApp or email.
